They tried to hide the similar Saints Row 4 sale last week for much the same reason. The bundle with the game and the expansion was cheaper than just the expansion. When the store updated it was front and centre — a few hours later, you had to search for it. Is this a mistake? The Bethesda sale is a joke. How can they not include not all the Fallouit DLC? They must of been celebrating real good now that Fallout 4 has been made public because clearly these people are still DRUNK.
