Used Printmaster 18 in the past, but when Windows 10 was updated it made the program non-functional. Printmaster I am very used to it and can do lots of really cool photo montages with it. If you have not used it before it may take a little time to learn it, but it is easy if you are familiar with photo editing programs in general.
I am adding a few montages made with this program with photos, clip art and items copied from the internet. If you like to do this type of work you will be very happy with this program. I bought v 18 because I can't find 17 anywhere. I was hoping that v 18 would read my files from v 17 so I won't have to re-create all the files I created in v Only one problem, I have tried to install v 18 on my desktop in both regular and compatible mode, but it just doesn't install properly. Will talk with some of my tech friends to see if there is something else I can do.
So, I really can't write a review until I can get it installed. Both my laptop and desktop have Windows 10 and I have been able to install a some other older programs without any problems, but v 18 seems to be a little stubborn.
I loaded this version in my up to date Windows 10 computer. I found out that I had to completely shut down my computer and start it up again, from a dead off condition. Once I restarted it, the software worked perfectly. I printed my project and the purchase paid for itself in 6 minutes. Thank you for offering this Wonderful Easy to use Tool. I've been using this brand for about 25 years now. It's the best! This version is for older versions of Windows so it's tricky to get it to work on some newer computers.
It installed Microsoft. NET Framework v1. On my first attempts to use it the program froze up but after rebooting it seems to be fine and I made four nice birthday cards! I still have not tried to do a border again because that is were it got stuck the first time.
